Choose a ring that fits you well; the thinner and more uniform the ring, the more accurate the measurement will be.
Measure the inside diameter with a ruler, as shown below.
Look for the measurement in the table below.
Another option...
Take a string, tape, paper or thread (not too elastic) and put it under the finger where you want to know your size.
Wrap the tape or paper tightly around the finger and mark where the ends meet (snug but not too tight).
Measure with a ruler the total mm and find the corresponding size in the table.
