These General Conditions will be automatically terminated in the event of the dissolution of MACOVAL S.L. or upon the filing of bankruptcy applications (whether voluntary or involuntary), insolvency proceedings, assignment of assets in favor of creditors, cessation of the company’s operations, requests for debt forgiveness or delay, sale, or substantial alteration of the company’s shareholding.

If any clause included in these general conditions is declared, in whole or in part, null or void, such nullity or voidness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is declared null, with the rest of the general conditions remaining in force. The null or void provision or the affected part will be considered as not written.

Amaccijewels’ Rights and Obligations

Amaccijewels reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service without prior notice to the user when necessary for maintenance, updates, or improvements.

Amaccijewels may also modify the access conditions and/or the specific location of the Web content, as well as prevent, restrict, block, delete, or withdraw access to services from users who do not use the services provided on the Website lawfully, honestly, and diligently.

All our items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies as long as the product is used under the normal usage conditions outlined in Shipping and Returns.

The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in Shipping and Returns. Products are excluded from the warranty if they have been damaged by external factors or accidents after being delivered to the customer.

Amaccijewels will not be liable for damages caused by interferences, computer viruses, telephone failures, or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system due to causes beyond its control; nor for delays or blockages in the use of the electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in its Data Processing Center, the Internet system, or other electronic systems; nor for damages caused by third parties through unauthorized intrusions beyond Amaccijewels’ control.

Additionally, Amaccijewels will not be responsible for any damages that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided, as long as the information comes from external sources.

Amaccijewels is not responsible for improper use of the service due to maintenance work, improper configuration of the user’s computer, or insufficient capacity to support the computer systems required to use the services offered.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The entire content of this Website, including product descriptions, texts, images, trademarks, logos, software files, color combinations, as well as the structure, layout, and presentation of its contents, is protected by Spanish and international Intellectual and Industrial Property laws.

Payment Methods

The available payment methods are: PayPal, Redsys credit card, BIZUM, or bank transfer (cash on delivery is not accepted). Amaccijewels reserves the right to withdraw any of these payment methods without prior notice.

Promotions

Each voucher will detail the applicable amount or discount via a code, with the final date of the promotion and its applicability to the recipient as a Registered Customer. Amaccijewels can end an ongoing promotion at any time without the customer being able to claim compensation, as the promotion is offered as a gift from the seller.
