All our products are exclusive and you can only find them on our website, as they are handmade in our workshop. All our pieces will be shipped the same day if you place your order before 1pm. If the order is placed after this time, it will be shipped on the next working day, however, if when you place the order we find any incidence in it, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you need to meet a specific deadline or need a fast shipment, we will be happy to help you at atencionalcliente@amaccijewels.com/en.


The discount for subscribing to our newsletter or any other discount coupon cannot be combined with other offers such as Black Friday, birthdays, sales or any other discount period.

DELIVERY INCIDENTS

It is essential that the address and telephone data are correct. If the shipping information is incorrect, the cost of a new shipment will be charged to the customer. This will be 5€.


The shipping company will send you an e-mail/SMS with the tracking code. Two delivery attempts will be made, the second of which will be arranged directly with you. If the user is not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, you will be notified with the details of the office where you can pick up the package.


If the recipient has not shown up at the office to pick up the shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 calendar days from the first delivery attempt, the shipment will be returned to origin. Therefore, it is advisable to include the recipient’s telephone number along with the destination address.
All our deliveries are insured against loss or theft of the goods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The maximum period for returns is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order by the customer.

If you wish to make a return, please write to us at incidencias@amaccijewels.com/en. In the subject line you must indicate your order number, which you will find in the invoice and your data. In this email you must inform us of the reason for the return and send us evidence, if necessary.

If the return is motivated by an error beyond the control of Amacci Jewels, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The amount is 5€.

It is necessary that the package is returned in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging and properly protected. We will not accept

products that have been used, damaged or broken will not be accepted.

The return will be made from the same country in which the purchase was made. If you are sending the package on behalf of someone else, we recommend that you return the package via a secure method of transport. Amacci Jewels is not responsible for loss or damage to packages shipped by the buyer.

If you want to send the package by others, you must send it to the following address:

All products can be returned except for earrings or piercings, for hygiene reasons.

Once the order is received, the team will review it and check that there is no incident. At that time we will proceed to refund the amount through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Within a maximum period of 10 days.

If the customer wishes to exchange for another product, he/she must follow the return procedure and start a new order. The return costs

will be charged to the buyer.

Sometimes, knowing the exact size of your finger is not easy. Therefore, the first size exchange is free of charge.
